Accessory Returns

We gladly accept any returns or exchanges on home accessories within 14 days with receipt. Bath & body, holiday, and food items are final sale and cannot be returned. To return online items to SoHa, please mail the package and the original invoice to:

Note: SoHa is not responsible for initial shipping charges or shipping charges for returns.

If original receipt or invoice is not available, please send a letter with the returned merchandise with the following information:

Reason for Return

Returns are processed upon their arrival at our warehouse, however most refunds appear on your credit card statement within one to two billing cycles. Refunds will be credited back to the same card used with the initial purchase.

Furniture Returns

Furniture can be returned within 5 days of purchase in its original condition with NO EXCEPTIONS!  All discounted furniture is ALL SALES FINAL.  Interior Designers must follow our return policy. 

Custom Order Returns

No returns on custom or special orders.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Damaged Items

If an item was damaged during shipment, we will gladly replace the item. First, please contact us at (808) 591-9777 or send us an email at info@sohaliving.com to receive a breakage number. Next, ship the item back to us in its original wrapping. We will gladly refund the shipping costs.

Sales Tax

Because SoHa is based in Honolulu, Hawaii, customers from Hawaii wishing to place an order to be delivered within Oahu are charged the state general excise sales tax, currently 4.712%. If we are shipping to an outer-island location from Oahu, you will only be charged 4.167% tax.

Phone orders going to all other states are not currently charged sales tax.
