Order Tracking and Status
Please call us at 1.808.591.9777 from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time to check the current status or track your order. You may also email us at orders@sohaliving.com. Emails are responded to within 24 hours.
Store Pick Up
If you choose, you may purchase online and pick up your items in our store to avoid shipping costs. If you type in coupon code "STORE" at checkout we will not ship your item or charge you for shipping. We will leave your purchased items for you in the store until you are ready to pick them up. **ONLY ONE OFFER CODE PER PURCHASE ALLOWED. YOU CAN'T COMBINE SPECIAL DISCOUNT OFFERS TO "STORE" PICK-UPS
Back Orders
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product and inventory information. In the event that an available date changes, exceeding 30 days from time of order placed, you will be notified via email or mail. Feel free to contact us for current product available dates.
Furniture Shipping and Delivery
We currently do not provide furniture delivery for purchases to be delivered on Oahu. However, we can recommend furniture pick-up and delivery services for door-to-door service. For inter-island shipments, we are more than happy to pack and deliver furniture to Young Brothers for a minimal shipping and handling fee; it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for pick up after the shipment has arrived. We can also recommend furniture pick-up and delivery services for inter-island door-to-door service as well.
We currently ship to mainland US locations on a case-by-case basis. In order to ship to the mainland, furniture is required to be packaged and crated for ocean travel. The cost to ship to the mainland include a standard shipping fee (assessed by shipping vendors) and a crating fee. It would be our pleasure to research costs to ship to the mainland and work with the customer to determine the best avenue for them. If the item(s) are within the maximum size requirements to ship via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX, this can be an option as well.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally on a case by case basis. If it is an accessory item, we can ship global freight via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL.
If you would like furniture items shipped internationally, we can recommend a freight consolidator that will pick your items up and ship them to its destination.
Inter-Island Shipping
It is very easy and affordable to ship furniture via Young Brothers. If you would like us to wrap your items for deliver to the pier and subsequent shipping, there is a small fee assessed. Delivery to the pier is not included. If you would like us to arrange delivery to the pier, we can do so at no additional charge. SoHa is not responsible for damages incurred during transit from the time it leaves our store or warehouse to when you receive your items. Items shipped Young Brothers are done so on a COD basis.
Sales Tax
Because SoHa is based in Honolulu, Hawaii, customers from Hawaii wishing to place an order to be delivered within Oahu are charged the state general excise sales tax, currently 4.712%. If we are shipping to an outer-island location from Oahu, you will only be charged 4.167% tax.
