Normal Order Processing takes 1-3 business days. If your order contains a made-to-order item such as a wood sign, magnet, or frame please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing.

Once Shipped, packages will typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

Pre-order items are not eligible for Express Shipping  

Bulky or Oversized Item Shipping Policy

Rate depends on the weight or size of items, will be shown at checkout.

Bulky or Oversized items will ship USPS Parcel Select. Please allow 5-7 business days for bulky items to arrive to you once they have been processed (1-3 Business Days) and have left our Warehouse.

Duties For International Orders

We are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. If you used a promotion code on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any item(s) purchased.

Stolen Packages & Damages

SoHa Living is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please confirm your address before submitting your order.
