Return Policy Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Food items: Such as candy or snacks
- Personalized or Custom Items: Including customized products made to order.
- Jewelry
- Seasonal/Holiday items: Including items that are designs to a certain holiday theme
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
3. Return Process
- Initiating a Return: To start a return, please initiate the online return portal
- Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include the RMA number inside the package.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this during the return process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Store Credit: At our discretion, store credit may be issued in lieu of a refund for returned items.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- a $12.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you use our prepaid label.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
6. Inspection and Approval
- Item Inspection: All returned items are subject to a thorough inspection to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
- Approval Process: We reserve the right to approve or reject any return based on the item's condition and compliance with our return policy.
- Disclaimer: if an item is rejected for not meeting the return eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to make your return ineligible for a refund. An email will be sent to the address on account explaining why the refund was rejected.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
- Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

- Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify, update, or change this return policy at any time without prior notice.
- Effective Date: Changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to review the return policy periodically.
